10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Calgary, Alberta, in accordance with the rules of the Alberta Arbitration Act.
Before initiating arbitration proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within sixty days of written notice, either party may proceed to arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
For disputes involving amounts under $5,000 CAD, you may choose to resolve the matter in small claims court in Calgary, Alberta, as an alternative to arbitration.
